      Krakow’s Housing Developer of 2010, 2008, 2006 and 2004 – prestigious award represented by the statuette of a "Falcon" presented by Krakow’s Branch of the Polish Association of Residential Developers in a competition sponsored by the President of Krakow. "Falcon" winners are assessed by the Jury after evaluation of all elements of the investment process, such as marketing, customer service, as well as building functionality and architecture.

      The first prize – "Hermes" statuette – awarded by the Jury of the 2nd Great Competition of Trades and Services "HERMES 2001", chaired by the President of Krakow and organized by: Krakow Merchant Congregation, Polish Daily Editorial Office, Krakow’s Polish Television Department and Krakow Radio. The winners were selected among 231 candidates and the best 20 trading and service businesses received the statuettes of "HERMES".
